Strategic Mentorship

The program is structured in such a way that your mentors will hold group sessions in Project Management and Business Analysis. Mentoring sessions will hold every day at various times which can be viewed on our SharePoint calendar, you can now prioritize and plan to attend these sessions according to your availability. Sessions will cover every area for example in project management, sessions will cover areas like Project management framework/structure, configuration and communication strategies, stakeholder management, risk management, report and control documents, Prince 2, ITIL, Waterfall, Agile/scrum methodologies and much more.

Project Execution & Experience

Alongside your mentoring sessions, you are given the opportunity of joining the project team and working on any of our client’s projects thereby gaining more experience and harnessing your skills/competence. We recommend you stay on the entire programme for a minimum period of 12 weeks so that you can have the knowledge but most importantly, the experience to defend your skills and competences at interviews and go for those higher roles you deserve.

Our job is to direct and help you improve, develop and learn new skills, with the aim of achieving your career goal. Mentors will properly guide you through the job process highlighting what needs to be done to gain the desired role. This Includes

• Job search and sourcing
• Interview preparation and techniques

After securing that all important role, your mentor will provide a helpful support system tailored around your new job to help you get settled in your new roles.
