End to End Mentoring Programme

Our Mentoring Programme focuses on giving you the experience working on live projects from the inception of the project through to the deployment. Not only do you work with teams in a collaborative environment but you get to learn how to use industry standard project tools like MS Project, MS Visio, Office 365, Excel, SharePoint, Balsamiq, Gotomeeting, Jira, Confluence, Axure, Smaply and a host of others, we believe that by the reason of using this tools every day in executing your tasks and deliverables, you will soon become a mastery in using these tools.

1. Project Experience

Our Mentoring Programme focuses on giving you the experience needed to become a Project profession by taking you through the project lifecyle from inception to deployment whilst help you gain mastery of industry standard project tools like MS Projects, Vision, Jira, Confluence, Office and a host of others.

2. Live Projects - Real Clients

Our projects are all clients’ projects where you get the opportunity to speak with the client/project owner, learn from Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Management professionals, Mentors, Trainers and your project team. Our daily mentoring sessions makes it possible for you to continue learning whilst working on your project

When you are through with your project, we are committed to developing an industry standard CV that portrays and highlights your skills, competences and experiences making you desirable to recruiters and employers. Once you delivered and completed your project, gotten a ‘’Sign off’’ and ‘’Authorisation to close project’’ from the project executives you can start applying for roles such as
