- Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an electronic invoice within 24 hours. Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received.
- If you notify JMD Consults Ltd via email or phone not more than 7 days before the start date of the program, you will receive a full refund less 20% administration fee. However, refunds will not be given after commencement of the program.
- All contents on the SharePoint platform as well as other platforms used in mentoring inclusive of the details of projects worked during your program at JMD Consults Ltd are not to be disclosed, distributed or reproduced.
- Payments are made exclusively for the mentoring program offered by JMD Consults Ltd.
- All project you work on is delivered on the IntoProjects platform and is on a strictly voluntary basis hence payment will not be issued out for any work done. Also any such projects you work on during your stay in the program belongs to the company.
- Company does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
- Candidates have access to all tools for a period of 6 months after which you will be charged to have access on a monthly or quarterly basis
Candidates must complete and deploy at least one project before your CV will be written/reviewed for you. - Company’s name must not be used as reference without proper authorization.
- Company reserves the right to stop your programme and deny you access to its systems/platforms if you are perceived to violate company’s laws & corporation governance.
- Company will not tolerate abuse to its staff or other team members and if caught doing so, you will be expelled from the programme.
Occasionally, pictures & videos will be taken during the class room session. - Candidates are strictly prohibited to record project meetings as sensitive & confidential matters can be discussed with stake holders
Mentoring sessions will be recorded and made available on our collaborative platforms. - Company does not offer certification for sessions /trainings carried out as it is NOT a training company, but a consulting firm.
